China MSA will amend its provisions on the formulation procedure of technical regulations for statutory ship surveys
As per a notice by the China Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) on 27th January 2021 (Ref No: 92 (2021) which was addressed to ship surveyors and maritime administrative agencies etc., China MSA is in the process of a revising its provisions on the formulation procedure of technical regulations for statutory ship surveys, so as to “strengthen the legislative work of ship technology and to further standardise the revision of ship technical regulations”.
