We have received member enquiries about the eligibility criteria for voter registration for the Legislative Council Transport Functional Constituency and the Chief Executive Election Committee's Transport Subsector.

In the interest of the industry, if your company is not yet included in the list (as set out in Appendix A of the guidance notes), you are encouraged to apply for registration as a corporate Elector in the Legislative Council Transport Functional Constituency and as a corporate Voter in the Chief Executive Election Committee’s Transport Subsector.
