Members are invited to note that the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) and the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers Hong Kong (ICSHK) bring to you a webinar titled - “Is there more to a contract than meets the eye?”.
Members would be pleased to note that the HKSOA is a supporting member for this event and our embers are invited to attend this free webinar, that we believe is very relevant to our members.
The details are as follows and attached:
When: 8 April 2021, 6pm – 7.30pm Hong Kong Time (11am – 12.30pm London Time).
The webinar will consider when and in which ways terms may be implied into shipping contracts, giving some examples.
Time permitting, examples may include Union Power, Res Cogitans etc. amongst others.
