In accordance with the procedure established by MSC 86 (MSC 86/26, paragraph 7.2), the IMO Sub-Committee on Carriage of Cargoes and Containers (CCC), at its seventh session, agreed to draft amendments (06-21) to the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code and authorised E&T 35 to prepare the final text of the draft amendments to the IMSBC Code for submission to MSC 105, ( April 2022) with a view to adoption. The proposed amendments have been circulated to all IMO Members and Contracting Governments to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, under the cover of Circular Letter No.4452 of 8 October 2021.
