We are now looking for 10 voluntary workers for each of the two days event.    If any members who are able to give us a helping hand, please also contact Peggy for details.

We are very pleased that Mr Tony Yue, BBS, MH, JP, Chairman of the Hong Kong Table Tennis Association, will again act as our Guest of Honour and Honorary Chief Adjudicator this year.

We would like to draw the attention of all the athletes, guests and cheer team members on the following arrangements:

1. To support the community effort to fight the virus, all participants are required to do the RAT and show their test photos (with names and dates) before admission to the Sports Hall and the South China Restaurant.

2. Owing to the pandemic-control measures, we have to limit the number of participants for the Dinner party.

3. All the athletes of the Individual and Team competition categories for the quarter-final, semi-final and final rounds will receive their complimentary tickets for the Dinner party after the awards presentation ceremony.

4. As a token of our appreciation, all the event sponsors and supporters will be offered complimentary tickets to the Dinner party. The Secretariat will liaise with them prior to the event day.

5. Other athletes and cheer team members who would like to join the Dinner party and share the fun are most welcome. They may purchase the tickets, on a first-come-first-served basis, at the reception desk on Day Two (from 5pm onwards). The charge is $200/head.
