Updated regulations concerning quarantine and crew change in Hong Kong

Members would be pleased to note that with effect 12 October 2022, the Government of Hong Kong SAR has relaxed the regulations concerning quarantine and crew changes for cargo vessels.
Crew change may now be performed for all goods vessels entering Hong Kong for all purposes, including but not limited to, cargo operations, supporting port operations, and receiving ship services subject to the designation conditions as attached at Annex A (which can also be found on MarDep's website).
Also attached at Annex B is the "Updated Summary Table for Visiting Vessels ("Summary Table")".
Members may be aware that the Association has been continually engaging with the government for a long time, to secure these relaxations whilst at the same time ensuring that our city remains safe from the effects of the ongoing pandemic.
