The 28th session of the Working Group (WG) on Evaluation of Safety and Pollution Hazards (ESPH) met from 10 – 14 October 2022.  Capt. Soren Ibsen (Milbros Systems) has kindly provided the report of ESPH 28 together with agreement for its circulation, attached in Annex A.

Some issues of importance to chemical tanker operations are detailed in the document attached in Annex B, for which feedback, if any, will be appreciated by the ICS Secretairiate.
