And the arrangements for the athletes, guests and cheer teams also remain roughly the same, as follows:

1. All participants are required to do the RAT on the event days and show their test photos (with names and dates) before admission to the Sports Hall and the South China Restaurant, to support community efforts to fight the virus.

2. All the athletes of the Individual and Team competition categories for the  semi-quarter final, quarter-final, semi-final and final rounds will receive their complimentary passes for the Dinner party after the awards ceremony.

3. All the event sponsors and supporters will be offered complimentary passes to the Dinner party, as a token of our appreciation. (We will liaise with them separately.)

4. Other athletes and cheer team members who would like to join the Dinner party and share the fun are most welcome. They may purchase the tickets, on a first-come-first-served basis, at the reception desk on Day Two (from 5pm onwards). The charge is $200/head.

Should you wish to revise any athlete names for the games and/or any guest names for the celebration dinner owing to the change of the event dates, we would be most grateful if you would advise the Secretariat by 31 December.

Once again, a big thank-you to Pacific Basin Shipping (HK) Limited, KC Maritime Hong Kong Limited, China Merchants Energy Shipping Company Limited and Ocean Line Holdings Limited, as the event sponsors, and COSCO Shipping (Hong Kong) Co Limited, as a support organisation.
