ASA AGM and related technical and social activities, 15 - 17 May, Shanghai

As some of you have already signed up for the Annual General Meeting of the Asian Shipowners’ Association mentioned in our circular A(23)45 issued on 6 March, I am writing to give further information about the event.
This year, the annual event will be hosted by the China Shipowners’ Association in the Shanghai International Convention Centre Oriental Riverside Hotel.
Members are welcome to join the HKSOA delegation to the event, which is free of charge. (But participants will need to cover their own accommodation expenses and travel expenses to/from Shanghai. The organiser has arranged special hotel room rates for participants.)
The updated programme is as follows:
15 May (Monday) - Oriental Riverside Hotel

16 May (Tuesday) – Oriental Riverside Hotel
0800 – 0930 ASA 5S (Standing Committees) meetings, including the Ship Insurance and Liability Committee chaired by the Hong Kong Shipowners Association
0945 – 1145 AGM
1200 – 1215 Group photos
1215 – 1330 Lunch
1345 – 1635 Dialogues with ASA Associate members
1800 – Dinner
17 May (Wednesday)
0830 – 1200 Tour to the China Maritime Museum
1200 – 1330 Lunch (Dishui Lake Intercontinental Hotel)
1430 – 1600 Tour to the Yangshan International Unmanned Automatic Wharf
1730 – Dinner (Oriental Riverside Hotel)
