Hong Kong Ship Registry - meeting with Hong Kong Marine Department on 12 April

Thank you for the positive response from many of you for the Association meeting with the Hong Kong Marine Department on matters about the Hong Kong ship registry. (Earlier, we have advised you on the subject vide A(23)41 and A(23)47.)

 

This serves as a reminder.


 

The purpose of the meeting is to exchange views on the service of the Hong Kong ship registry and various related issues of interest or concern to the industry. It will be chaired by me and joined by government officials from the Hong Kong Marine Department.


 



The arrangement is as follows -



 



Date:     Wednesday, 12 April 2023



Time:     2.30 pm – 4.00pm



Venue:   Conference room, China Merchants Group, 35th floor, Shun Tak Centre, 168 – 200 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong



 



If you and/or your colleagues have already replied and signed up, we have already reserved seats for you. The secretariat will not call you again to confirm the enrolment. 

 

If you are interested but have yet to sign up, please let us have the names of the representatives and their contact email addresses within this week.



 



To facilitate (in-depth) discussion, we would also appreciate it if participants would let us know the topics/issues that they may wish the meeting to address.
