Legislative Council questions about the promotion of maritime development

Yesterday, at the Legislative Council sitting, Hon Holden Chow raised questions about the promotion of maritime development in Hong Kong. Secretary for Transport and Logistics, Mr Lam Sai-hung, replied on behalf of the Administration.
