For members who have already enrolled, kindly please advise the Secretariat if you are now unable to attend the party, so that your seats be released to other members and guests on the “waiting list”.

And please note that the event charges, if applicable, must be paid, in case cancellations are not received three days prior to the event. (The event is free-of-charge for the first representative of the member company, and $600 per head for the other company representatives/guests.)
