As with the past, the Association will conduct a delegation visit to Beijing in September 2024. Throughout the years, the visits were well received, serving the purposes of information and technical exchange, as well as exploring business opportunities for the membership. Also, on several occasions, our delegates were invited to the National Day celebration dinner banquet held in the People’s Great Hall.

We are now organising the next Association delegation visit to Beijing, tentatively scheduled for 24th September (Tuesday) to 30th September (Monday). (Any four days or five days during the period, with the exact dates to be confirmed later).

The delegation will be led by Association Chairman, Mr Angad Banga, JP.

We are planning visits to/meetings with both the Mainland authorities and business organizations.

Non-Chinese speaking members are also welcome to join. We will arrange English interpretation services, if necessary.

Delegates are expected to arrange their own air tickets. For hotel accommodation, we will arrange group reservation, at approximately HK$4,500 per room or HK$6,000 per room for three or four nights respectively (unless individual delegates have special requests).

Local transportation and meal expenses may be partially covered by some hosts/event sponsors. Separately, the Association will charge a tour fee of HK$1,500 per person to cover the remaining costs and various miscellaneous expenses.
