Members are advised that on 9 November 2025, the USTR officially confirmed the suspension of Section 301 actions, for one year. The official announcement from the USTR can be found on the official USTR webpage.

ICS’s comments in support of the suspension were submitted to the USTR on 7 November 2025 and can be viewed on the public docket.

Members are also advised that on 10 November 2025, the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC announced confirmation of its decision to suspend countermeasures against five U.S.-related subsidiaries of Hanwha Ocean Co.
