Our sincere congratulations to the Association’s Executive Committee member, Captain Lothair Lam (Hong Kong Ming Wah), for his being elected to the Legislative Council through the Transport functional constituency.

Presently, Captain Lam is also Chairman of our Maritime Personnel, Education and Training (MPET) Subcommittee. He has extensive experience in and in-depth knowledge about the industry.

We are grateful for Captain Lam’s contribution to the Association throughout the years. We would be most happy and ready to support Captain Lam’s work in his new role in the Legislature to promote the interests of both the maritime sector and the community at large.
