To facilitate information and professional exchanges with industry stakeholders as well as exploring new business opportunities for our membership in China, the Association is organizing the annual delegation visit to Beijing on 27-30th September 2026. As in the past, the delegation may have the privilege of attending the National Day celebration dinner banquet held in the People’s Great Hall.

The tentative arrangements for this year are given below:

Dates: September 27 (Sunday) to Sept 30th (Wednesday), 2026
(Delegates please arrive in Beijing by the afternoon of 27th Sept. for a welcome dinner that day)

Delegation leader:

Program highlights:
Visits to government authorities and business enterprises. A detailed program will be provided in due course.

Language support:
Non-Chinese speaking members are most welcome to join, as we will arrange English interpretation services if needed.

Travel arrangements:
– Air Tickets: Delegates are responsible for arranging their own transport between Hong Kong and Beijing.
– Accommodation: We will facilitate group reservations at the Grand Hyatt hotel, with approximate costs of:
– RMB4,500 per room for three nights (inclusive of service charge and tax)

Additional Costs:
While local transportation and meal expenses may be partially covered by some local hosts and event sponsors, the Association will charge a fee of HK$1,500 per person to cover remaining costs and administrative and miscellaneous expenses.
