Richard Hext is Chairman of the Hong Kong Shipowners Association and of the Hong Kong Maritime Museum. He is also a Director of Anglo-Eastern Ship Management and a Special Adviser to Swire Shipping and Swire Bulk. His first job was as a shipyard labourer, and he has since worked for nearly 50 years in the shipping industry in Europe, Australia, and the Far East across several of the main ownership sectors (container, dry bulk, tankers, and offshore), as well as in ship management, container terminals, harbour tugs, and online shipbroking. He holds an M.A. in Modern History and Economics from Worcester College, Oxford.
宋睿之先生是香港船東會主席兼香港海事博物館主席。宋先生同時出任中英船舶管理的董事及太古輪船和太古散貨的特別顧問。宋先生的第一份職業是造船廠工人，此後近50年來，他一直在歐洲、澳洲和遠東的航運業界工作，涉足多個主要船東領域（集裝箱船、乾散貨船、油輪和海上工程），還從事船舶管理、集裝箱碼頭、港口拖船和在線船舶經紀等業務。宋先生擁有牛津大學伍斯特學院現代歷史與經濟學碩士學位。
