The cocktail reception is free-of-charge for the first representative of a member company, and $800 per head for the other representatives and guests of member companies. (For non-members, the fee is $1200 per head.)

To facilitate our planning, we would be grateful if you would register for the event not later than 1st November.

As we envisage very good response again to this happy occasion of the Association, we would like to urge you to sign up not more than six representatives/guests from each member company. (We may not be able to accommodate more participants unless there are spare seats after the deadline).
