ASSOCIATION COCKTAIL RECEPTION

You are cordially invited to the annual Association cocktail reception, which will be held immediately after the forthcoming AGM. Details are as follows –
Date : Wednesday 20th November 2024
Time : 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm (Toasting ceremony starts at 6.30pm)
Venue : The Ballroom, JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, 88 Queensway, Hong Kong
The cocktail reception is free-of-charge for the first representative of a member company, and $680 per head for the other representatives and guests of member companies. (For non-members, we will charge $880 per head.)
To facilitate our planning, we would be grateful if you would register the event not later than 1st November.
As we envisage very good response again to this happy occasion of the Association, we would like to urge you to sign up not more than six representatives/guests from each member company. (We may not be able to accommodate more participants unless there are spare seats after the deadline).
