The webinar is co-organized by Shanghai Maritime University Alumni Association, Dalian Maritime University Hong Kong and Macau Alumni Association and supported by International Chamber of Shipping (China) Liaison Office, among others. Maritime legal experts and industry representatives in both Hong Kong SAR and China introduced the review progress of China Maritime Code, the implementation of Maritime Traffic Safety Law, and the ratification process of the Hong Kong Convention, etc.

本次網絡研討會由香港船東會主辦，上海海事大學香港校友會、大連海事大學港澳校友會、等協辦，並由國際航運公會（中國）辦事處等組織支持。來自內地和香港海事法律專家和行業代表介紹了《中國海事法》修訂過程、《海上交通安全法》的實施以及中國批准《香港公約》的進程等。
