I am pleased to advise you that the Association Executive Committee has appointed its member, Mr. Jack Yang Xianxiang of SITC International Holdings, as the new Chairman of the China Sub-committee.

After ceasing as the Convenor of the China Sub-committee, Captain Lothair Lam of Hong Kong Ming Wah Shipping continues to serve as the Chairman of the Maritime Personnel, Education and Training (MPET) Sub-committee.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank former China Sub-committee Chairman Mr. Hing Chao of Wah Kwong Maritime Transport, as well as Captain Lothair Lam, for their leadership of and contribution to the China Sub-committee in the past years.

And we look forward to working closely with Mr. Jack Yang and other members of the China Sub-committee to further promote the interests of the Association membership.
