The Association will conduct a delegation visit to Qingdao, Shandong in January 2025. The trip will include visits to local government and regulatory authorities, state owned and private shipping and port companies, including a visit to the local cruise terminal and international shipping centre.

The visit is scheduled for 20-21 January 2025. Delegates are advised to arrive in Qingdao on 19th January and leaving Qingdao on the morning of 22nd January 2025.

The delegation will be led by Association Chairman, Mr Angad Banga, JP.

A tentative program rundown will be provided at a later stage.

Non-Chinese speaking members are also welcome to join. We will arrange English interpretation services, if necessary.

Delegates are expected to arrange their own air tickets. For hotel accommodation, we will arrange group reservation, at approximately HK$600-1,000 per room. More details will be provided.

Local transportation and meal expenses may be partially covered by some hosts/event sponsors. Separately, the Association will charge a tour fee of HK$1,000 per person to cover the remaining costs and other administrative and miscellaneous expenses.
