Association Table Tennis Fun Day and Tournament - List of Athletes

Thank you so much for your enthusiastic, encouraging response to our first-ever Table Tennis Fun Day and Tournament to be held during the Hong Kong Maritime Week on 2 – 3 November 2021 in the Hong Kong Maritime Museum.
Some 200 players have enrolled in the various individual and team competition categories and friendship games.
Please find attached a list of the athletes for the competition categories.
In light of member enquiries, we would like to further explain the arrangements for the Team Competition:
- Each team may send a maximum of 10 players, including at least two male players and two female players.
- In each round of the competition (preliminary rounds, semi-final rounds and final round), each team has to play 3 matches, including Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. (That is why each team shall include at least two male players and two female players.)
- The players of a team for different rounds of the competition could be different. (That is why each team may enrol up to 10 names.)
Should you have already enrolled for the event, we would be grateful if you would go through the attached list to ensure that there are no omissions or errors (in name spelling, for example).
In case you would like to propose any changes (e.g. replacement or withdrawal of players in the Individual Competition categories; replacement, addition or withdrawal of players in the Team Competition category), please let us know by sending a reply to this circular not later than 20 October 2021.
Thereafter, we will draw lots to determine the tournament arrangements and advise members of the details. And please note that given the large number of enrolment, it is likely the the first matches of the two days will commence at around 4pm (not 6pm).
