(Attention) Association 65th Anniversary Table Tennis Tournament and Fun Days - everything about the event

Thank you again for your overwhelming response to this “mega” event, re-scheduled for 8 and 9 March 2023 (owing to the typhoon in last November) in the Sports Hall of the South China Athletic Association, 88 Caroline Hill Road, Causeway Bay.
We set out below the programme rundown:

As you may appreciate, the final time slots and assigned courts may need to be (slightly) adjusted by the Head Umpire, if necessary. You are kindly requested to sign off and return the disclaimer form to us either by email before the event or by hand at the registration counter on 8 March (Day One).
And we would like to draw the attention of all the athletes, guests and cheer team members on the following arrangements:
1. To support the community effort to fight the virus, we would like to encourage all participants to do a RAT on the event day before going to the sports hall/restaurant. (Just in case you are tested positive or have any symptoms, please withdraw from the event, in the interest of others.)
2. All the athletes of the Individual and Team categories for Day Two competitions will receive their complimentary passes for the Dinner party after the awards ceremony.
3. As a token of our appreciation, all the event sponsors and supporters will be offered complimentary passes to the Dinner party. The Secretariat will liaise with them separately.
4. Other athletes (those joining only the Day One competitions and those joining only for Fun) and cheer team members who would like to join the Dinner party and share the fun are most welcome. They may purchase the tickets, on a first-come-first-served basis, at the reception desk on Day Two (from 5pm onwards). The charge is $200/head.
5. For the event sponsors, please do liaise with the secretariat again, before 1 March, on the representatives for the awards ceremony and the Dinner party (owing to the postponement of the event from last November and therefore possible name changes).
