Members are invited to note that the subject guidelines (attached), developed by the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) and supported by a total of 16 industry associations, have now been finalised.
The ICS has also forwarded the Guidelines to the IMO secretariat who have agreed to issue an IMO circular letter supporting the use of the document.
