Ever September, the Association organizes a delegation visit to Beijing to facilitate information and professional exchanges with industry stakeholders while exploring new business opportunities for membership. In the past, the Association delegations have also had the privilege of attending the National Day celebration dinner banquet held at the People’s Great Hall.

The arrangements for this year are given below:

Tentative Schedule:
– Dates: September 25 (Thursday) to Sept 29 (Monday), 2025
(Delegates please arrive in Beijing on the afternoon of 25th Sept. for a networking dinner that day)

Leadership:
The delegation will be led by the Association Chairman, Mr. Angad Banga, JP.

Program Highlights:
We are planning visits to and meetings with both government authorities and business enterprises. A detailed program will be provided at a later stage.

Language Support:
Non-Chinese speaking members are most welcome to join, as we will arrange for English interpretation services if needed.

Travel Arrangements:
– Air Tickets: Delegates are responsible for arranging their own transport between Hong Kong and Beijing.
– Accommodation: We will facilitate group reservations at a hotel, with approximate costs of:
– HK$5,000 per room for four nights

Additional Costs:
While local transportation and meal expenses may be partially covered by some local hosts and event sponsors, the Association will charge a fee of HK$1,500 per person to cover remaining costs and administrative and miscellaneous expenses.
