Enhancement of measure for the MATF Fund

Please find attached a letter from the Transport and Logistics Bureau (TLB) regarding enhancing measures to the Maritime and Aviation Training Fund.
The government has implemented enhanced measures for three subsidy schemes, namely the Sea-Going Training Incentive Scheme (SGTIS), Local Vessel Competency Enhancement Scheme (LVCES), and Repair Training Incentive Scheme (SRTIS).
Details of the enhanced measures can be found in the attached letter for your perusal.
