Thank you for your overwhelming response to our delegation visit to Dalian (17 to 20 March), organised by the Association’s China Subcommittee.

A total of 30 HKSOA members, together with 13 representatives from the “Maritime Talent Cultivation Alliance”, have enrolled for the programme, including meetings with government authorities, social gatherings with Liaoning ship owners, visits to ship building sites, participation in shipping forums, and a tour of the Dalian Maritime University (DMU).

We would like to take the opportunity to thank the many DMU alumni in the Association, who assist in the visit programme.

Just in case you are interested in joining us but have yet to sign up, please advise us by 3 February (tomorrow) the latest.

For your information, the Association are also hosting delegation visits later this year to: Hainan, Yangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, and the Greater Bay Area. The details will be given in due course.
