The Spanish company, “Global Factor”, has contacted the HKSOA and provided some links for Spain and Italy for the EU ETS Maritime Operator Holding Account (MOHA).
Also attached is a July Monthly Dossier and general details of their services.
A webinar is planned for the end of August covering the FUELEU Maritime with an update on the EU ETS Scheme. More details will be forthcoming shortly.
