Subject: Invitation to Participate in the Hong Kong Shipping Registry Logo & Tagline Design Competition

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Hong Kong Shipping Registry (HKSR) sincerely invites creative individuals within your organizations and the wider maritime community to participate in its Logo & Tagline Design Competition, commencing on 3 August 2026. This initiative aims to engage in shaping the visual identity of HKSR, reflecting its mission, quality, and future aspirations in the evolving landscape of digitalization and green shipping.

We are seeking a distinctive logo and a matching tagline that effectively encapsulate HKSR’s values and its role as a leading international shipping registry.

Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or above who are members and staff (including sea staff) of Hong Kong-registered ship companies, as well as students and staff of maritime training institutes in Hong Kong.

Prizes: All participants will receive souvenirs and certificates. The top five winners will each be awarded a plaque and a certificate, and will be invited to the annual joint luncheon with the Hong Kong Shipowners Association (HKSOA) in 2027. Notably, the winning design has the exciting possibility of being adopted as the official HKSR logo and tagline.

參賽資格： 比賽開放予年滿18歲或以上，來自香港註冊船舶公司的成員及員工（包括船員)，以及香港海事培訓機構的學生及教職員。
