REQUEST FOR PHOTOS for ICS ANNUAL REVIEW 2021
The ICS Secretariat is about to start work on the ICS Annual Review 2021, in time for printing and distribution in advance of the Annual General Meeting in June.
They would be very grateful if, as in previous years, Members could kindly arrange for some interesting photographs of companies’ ships, and/or seafarers at work, to be sent to ICS for inclusion.
Kindly note that we can only use photos sent electronically if they are of very high quality/resolution. This means file sizes of at least 1MB (300 DPI). Please ensure that any copies of photos sent by post are labelled, so that we can return them after use.
Photos should be sent to the ICS to arrive as soon as possible before 15th March, addressed for the attention of Tanya Blake, Communications Manager :- tanya.blake@ics-shipping.org
- A short description of what is shown in the image
- The full date or year the image was taken
- Who should be credited for the image (company name or name of the photographer)
- Permission for ICS to use the images
- Permission if you are happy for the image to be used by third parties
