Attached, at Annex A, is the Risk Intelligence Monthly Report for November 2020.  The report includes an overview of attacks against merchant vessels over the past month in three focus regions (West Africa, the western part of the Indian Ocean and South East Asia) as well as assessments of different types of threats in these regions.
