Ship Sale & Purchase: Learning through Case Studies

Ship Sale & Purchase transaction is a team effort with essential input by almost all Shipowning & Shipmanagement functions. Understanding the transaction, rights & obligations as agreed in the underlying contract is very important for a successful and efficient execution of the deal and documentary closing and physical handover.

This programme is at the right time when we expect the markets to continue to move north with increasing sale & purchase activity. The course leader, delivering the programme, has hands-on practical experience in almost all aspects of the sale & purchase transactions and a sound understanding of the dispute triggers and their resolution.
