Below is a MATF program with 80% refund to eligible participants. The MATF refund cap has been increased from $18,000 to $30,000.

Shipping Contracts Management  

25-26-27-28 October [3pm – 6.30pm] – 14 hours

Introduction to Contract Law; Ship Management Contract; Charter Parties; Bunker Supply Contract; Norwegian Sale Form & Singapore Sale Form; Contract of Affreightment (dry bulk as an example); Bareboat Charter Contract; Alternate Dispute Resolution (Overview)

Course Fee: HK$ 11,000 per participant less 25% for online delivery.

Hong Kong residents, working in a maritime firm, if eligible – can apply for and can receive 80% refund from the HKSAR Government under MATF)

Thus, for an eligible participant, the net fee post refund comes to:

1. Payment upon registration HK$ 11,000 x 0.75 = HK$ 8,250


2. for Eligible participant, refund 80% = (HK$ 6,600)


3. Net cost of the course post refund = HK$ 1,650 only for this 14 hours intensive program covering most of the key shipping contracts.
