Please find attached, at Annex A, the February report from Chamber of Shipping of America (CSA).  .  
 
The report: 

1. Informs of USCG clarifications to the Executive Order requiring masks to be worn on all public maritime vessels, including ferries. This confirms that all commercial vessels must implement the mask mandate, that failure to implement the mandate may result in a Captain of the Port (COTP) order directing the vessel’s movement and operations, and that an email address has been set up by the USCG to report non-compliance;
 
2. Reports on the USCG requirement that, following the SolarWinds cyber incident, any breach of security on a vessel which relies on the SolarWinds software and serves or supports a critical security function must be reported to the USCG; and 
 
3. Provides a link to the ongoing ‘This Week in Maritime’ roundtable discussion, which details their monthly schedule.
