Visa free arrangements for short stay non-Chinese citizens

To facilitate the travel of non-Chinese citizens to China, the China Immigrations Department has announced a 72/144 hours visa free transit arrangements for non-Chinese travelers to enter into China.
According to the new arrangements, non-Chinese citizens are able to eligible for:
Entering into the following Chinese cities with 144 hours short stay transit visa free arrangements:
Beijing
Tianjin
Shijiazhuang, Hebei province
Qinhuangdao, Hebei province
(Covers the administrative areas of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei province)
Shanghai
Hangzhou, Zhejiang province
Ningbo, Zhejiang province
Nanjing, Jiangsu proivnce
(Covers the administrative areas of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces)
Shenyang, Liaoning province
Dalian, Liaoning province
Qingdao, Shandong
(Covers the administrative areas of Liaoning and Shandong provinces)
Chengdu, Sichuan province
(Covers Chengdu, Leshan, Dayan, Shuining, Meishan, Yaan, Ziyang, Neijiang, Zigong, Luzhou, Yibing)
Xiamen, Fujian Province
(Covers only Xiamen administrative area)
Kunming, Yunnan province
(Covers only Kunming administrative area)
Wuhan, Hubei province
(Covers only Wuhan administrative area)
Chongqing
(Covers Chongqing adminsitarive area)
Xi'an, Shaan Xi province
(Covers Xian, Xianyang administrative areas)
Guangzhou, Guangdong province

(Covers the whole area of Guangdong province)
Entering into the following Chinese cities with 72 hours short stay transit visa free arrangements:
Changsha, Hunan province (covers the whole area of Hunan province)
Guilin, Guangxi province (covers only Guilin city)
HaErBin, Heilongjiang province (covers only HaErBin city)
Applicants will need to meet the following requirements before travel to the above Chinese cities with visa-free arrangements:
1. Holding a passport valid for more than 3 months.
2. Showing confirmed transit air tickets or evidence to third countries..
3. Completing an immigration arrival card.
Citizens of the following countries are eligible for this visa free arrangements
Schengen countries (25 countries)
Other European countries
Russia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Monaco, and Belarus (14 countries)
America
United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chili (6 countries)
Oceania
Australia, New Zealand (2 countries)
Asia
Korea, Japan, Singapore, Brunei, UAE, and Qatar (6 countries)
