Mr Wang Yongxin, HKSOA Vice Chairman, led a delegation visit of the China Sub-committee to the Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration (MSA), and discussed with Mr. Huang Jungen, Director and Mr. Chen Fachang, second-level Counsel and other officials on shipping related matters, including the cooperation in Greater Bay Area, the Shenzhen Ocean University project, crew change during Covid-19, and promotion of green shipping.
