On the 29th of April, HKSOA Managing Director Ms. Sandy Chan and Director of China Affairs Mr. Gilbert Feng paid a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Transport of the Central People’s Government and China Maritime Safety Administration in Beijing. HKSOA discussed the pertinent issues our members were facing with the relevant departments.
