Mr Wellington Koo led a HKSOA delegation visit to Beijing 26-28 September 2023, and paid visits to the Hong Kong & Macau office of the State Council, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, China Classification Society and Sinocrew Shipmanagement Company.
