The Consulate General of Panama hosted a cocktail reception to celebrate the Panama National Day, on 4 November 2022, at the Kowloon Shangri La Hotel. The Deputy Secretary for Justice of the HKSAR Government, Mr Horace Cheung was the guest of honour for the event. The Hong Kong Shipowners Association was represented by the Managing Director, Ms Sandy Chan who was accompanied by the Director – Regulatory Affairs, Captain Gautam Ramaswamy.
