Mr. Jack Hsu, Association deputy chairman led a Maritime Education and Training Sub Committee delegation to the Maritime Services Training Institute (MSTI) on 12th June 2017. Ir. C.K.Mak, manager of MSTI, introduced the development of maritime education and training in Hong Kong. The delegation visited the training facilities and talked with the students. Representatives from the Transport and Housing Bureau also joined the visit.

2017年6月12日，香港船東會許積皋副主席率領海事教育及培訓委員會代表團訪問海事訓練學院，聽取學院經理麥昭基工程師有關香港海事培訓及教育的情況介紹，參觀學院的教育設施並與學生代表進行座談。來自香港特區政府運輸及房屋局的代表亦有參與。
