A HKSOA delegation, led by Association Chairman Mr Angad Banga and Managing Director Ms Sandy Chan, visited Beijing on 26-29 September 2024. The delegation met with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Development and Reform Commission, the China MSA of Ministry of Transport etc,  as well as several Association member companies in the Mainland, to exchange views on issues of interest to the Hong Kong maritime community. The delegation is also honoured to be invited to the national day celebrations, including the dinner banquet, held in the People’s Great Hall. Ms Sandy Chan, Managing Director was also invited to speak at the 2024 Global Sustainable Transport Forum organized by the Ministry of Transport in Beijing on 26th September 2024.

2024 年 9 月 26 日至 29 日，香港船東會主席Angad Banga先生及董事總經理陳佩珊女士率領香港船東會代表團訪問了北京。代表團與外交部、國家發展和改革委員會、交通運輸部海事局等國家部委以及協會在內地的會員公司總部高層舉行了會面，就香港航運界關心的問題交換了意見。代表團也榮幸地受邀參加在人民大會堂舉行的國慶慶祝活動，包括慶祝晚宴。陳佩珊董事總經理也受邀參加了9月26日交通運輸部主辦的2024年全球永續交通論壇並發表演說。
