On our invitation, IMO Secretary-General, Mr Arsenio Dominguez, will be coming to Hong Kong to join the International Shipping Forum and Gala Dinner to be hosted by the Hong Kong Shipowners Association (HKSOA) on 28 May 2024 for the Asian Shipowners’ Association (ASA) during its AGM. (Earlier, we have already issued circulars about the ASA AGM and related events.)

We will also arrange a special meeting for the Secretary-General to exchange views with the HKSOA membership on various regulatory issues of concern to the Hong Kong shipping community. The details are given below –
