The new analysis this month focuses on the Lloyd’s Open Form (LOF). The framework, first established in 1908, still guides the remuneration awarded to salvors for saving property at sea. The article explores the new updates to the LOF in 2024 which aim to introduce new levels of transparency, with a view to spotlighting the industry’s environmental and safety contribution.
Finally, the ICS in Action highlights the launch of the Seafarer Workforce Report Survey.
