The 11th Session of the IMO Subcommittee on the Implementation of IMO instruments was held at the IMO Headquarters in London from Monday 21st – Friday 25th July 2025.

The relevant outcomes of the meeting are attached at the Annex A.

Attached at Annex B is an IMO circular on Lessons learned from marine casualties which the IMO Committee requested to be disseminated to members for forwarding to seafarers and other maritime industry stakeholders, including training institutions and ship managers.
