The Seafarers’ Advisory Board of the HKSARG met on 14 April. The employers’ organisation (the Association) was represented by by Captain Vikrant Gusain (Fleet Management Ltd.), Captain Liu (China Merchants Group) and Captain Vinay Singh (Anglo-Eastern Ship Management).
