The 10th Zheng He Maritime Awards ceremony was held in early July in Yangzhou, Jiangsu, where Captain Hon. Lothair Lam of Hong Kong Ming Wah Shipping was awarded the prestigious “2025 Top Maritime Personality”. This honour recognises Captain Lam’s dedication to promoting a green, low-carbon transition in Hong Kong’s shipping sector, cultivating high-end maritime talent, and actively sharing his vital insights to reinforce the status of Hong Kong as an international shipping centre.
