On February 20th and 22nd, 2019, Mr. Jack Hsu, HKSOA Chairman led delegations to pay Chinese New Year visits respectively to Mdm. Qiu Hong, Deputy Minister of CPG Liaison Office in HKSAR and Mr. Yang Yirui, Deputy Commissioner of the Commissioner Office of Ministry of Foreign Affairs in HKSAR. Mr. Hsu conveyed CNY greetings to the senior officials of the CPG Hong Kong agencies on behalf of the HKSOA members. The delegations also exchanged views with them on major issues of concern to the Hong Kong shipping community.

2019年2月20日和22日，許積皋主席率香港船東會代表團，分別拜訪了中央人民政府駐香港特別行政區辦公室仇鴻副主任和外交部駐香港特別行政區特派員公署楊義瑞副特派員，轉達了香港船東會全體會員對中央人民政府駐港機構領導的新春祝賀。許主席一行還就航運界十分關心的一些重要議題，與中央人民政府駐港機構領導交換了意見。
